- Each complete SET of inserts for that week is $1
- There is an option to purchase individual inserts
- Order forms are open on Tuesdays by 9pm PST
- Order forms close when I sell out
- Invoices are emailed by Friday
- If a second invoice is issued it will include a PayPal fee
- Invoices must be paid by Saturday at 3:00 p.m. PST
- Orders are shipped by Sunday from zipcode 95605
